The scroll bar should probably disappear when it the window is this tall (see #950), but it is still visible, and dragging it moves the view in the opposite direction. However, for a reason I cannot describe, it causes the view to scroll in the opposite direction as usual. When scroll bars are at their tallest visible height (the window is as tall as it can be before the scroll bar disappears), the scroll bars are still able to move up and down a short ways. For my setup (Win 7 server controlling a Mac client using Sroll Reverser) this works like a charm. I have an external mouse connected to the Mac with Scroll Reverser running to give my Mac traditional (aka non-natural) scrolling. Run this command at terminal on the remote machine: defaults write -reverser ReverseOnlyRawInput -bool YES then quit and restart Scroll Reverser.
